                COASTAL HABITAT CONSERVATION ACT OF 2023

  Mr. HELMY. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 529, H.R. 2950.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 2950) to authorize the Secretary of the 
     Interior, through the Coastal Program of the United States 
     Fish and Wildlife Service, to work with willing partners and 
     provide support to efforts to assess, protect, restore, and 
     enhance important coastal landscapes that provide fish and 
     wildlife habitat on which certain Federal trust species 
     depend, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. HELMY. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
considered read a third time.
  The bill was ordered to a third reading and was read the third time.
  Mr. HELMY. I know of no further debate on the bill.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate on the bill?
  Hearing none, the bill having been read the third time, the question 
is, Shall the bill pass?
  The bill (H.R. 2950) was passed.
