URGING THE GOVERNMENT OF UKRAINE TO REVIEW AND MODIFY ITS DECISION TO
SUSPEND ADOPTION BY FOREIGN NATIONALS WITH A VIEW TO RESUMING SUCH
ADOPTIONS
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
agree to

the resolution (H. Res. 915) urging the Government of Ukraine to review
and modify its decision to suspend adoption by foreign nationals with a
view to resuming such adoptions, particularly in cases where the mutual
concerns of the Governments of Ukraine and of the United States can be
substantially addressed, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the resolution.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Guam (Mr. Moylan) that the House suspend the rules and
agree to the resolution.
