RELATING TO THE DEATH OF TIMOTHY PETER JOHNSON, FORMER SENATOR FOR THE
STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA
Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 902, which is at the desk.

A resolution (S. Res. 902) relating to the death of Timothy
Peter Johnson, former Senator for the State of South Dakota.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
