COORDINATOR FOR AFGHAN RELOCATION EFFORTS AUTHORIZATION ACT OF 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 8368) to establish a Coordinator for Afghan
Relocation Efforts in the Department of State, and for other purposes,
as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

pass the bill, as amended.

PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Ms. CHU. Madam Speaker, I was unable to cast my vote on H.R. 3012,
the North Korean Human Rights Reauthorization Act, as amended, and H.R.
8368, the Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts Authorization Act,
as amended. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No.
474 and YEA on Roll Call No. 475.
