                              Quorum Call

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Pursuant to rule XXII, the Chair now directs 
the clerk to call the roll to ascertain the presence of a quorum.
  The Senator from Connecticut.
  Mr. MURPHY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent to waive the 
mandatory quorum call with respect to the Kasubhai cloture motion.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there an objection?
  Mr. LEE. Mr. President, I object.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The objection is heard.
  Pursuant to rule XXII, the Chair, again, directs the clerk to call 
the roll to ascertain the presence of a quorum.
