COMMITTING LEASES FOR ENERGY ACCESS NOW ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1576 and rule
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,
H.R. 1449.
Will the gentleman from Arkansas (Mr. Crawford) kindly take the

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 1449) to amend the Geothermal Steam Act of 1970 to
increase the frequency of lease sales, to require replacement sales,
and for other purposes, with Mr. Crawford (Acting Chair) in the chair.

The Acting CHAIR. When the Committee of the Whole rose earlier today,
a request for a recorded vote on amendment No. 2 printed in House
Report 118-754 offered by the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Grijalva) had
been postponed.
