Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of S. 5314, which is at the
desk.

A bill (S. 5314) to designate the medical center of the
Department of Veterans Affairs in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as the
``James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center''.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read
a third time and passed and that the motion to reconsider be considered
made and laid upon the table.

was read the third time, and passed as follows:

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF JAMES MOUNTAIN INHOFE VA MEDICAL
CENTER.
(a) Designation.--The medical center of the Department of
Veterans Affairs under construction as of the date of the
enactment of this Act at 440 South Houston Avenue, Tulsa,
Oklahoma, shall after such date of enactment be known and
designated as the ``James Mountain Inhofe Department of
Veterans Affairs Medical Center'' or the ``James Mountain
Inhofe VA Medical Center''.
(b) References.--Any reference in any law, regulation, map,
document, paper, or other record of the United States to the
medical center referred to in subsection (a) shall be
considered to be a reference to the James Mountain Inhofe VA
Medical Center.
