                           ORDER OF PROCEDURE

  Mr. SCHATZ. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that all 
postcloture time on the Huitema nomination be considered expired and 
that the Senate vote on confirmation of the Huitema nomination at a 
time to be determined by the majority leader in consultation with the 
Republican leader, and that the Senate resume consideration of the Fung 
nomination; finally, that the cloture motion on the Fung nomination 
ripen at 5:15 today.
