H.R. 10102. A bill to sunset the Office of the Special
Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, to provide
that employees of the Office are eligible for the Interagency
Career Transition Assistance Program, and for other purposes;
to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the
Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of
such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
committee concerned.

H.R. 10103. A bill to amend titles 17, 18, and 35, United
States Code, the Plant Variety Protection Act, and the Lanham
Act to require the submission of a report to Congress before
the negotiation of any international agreement relating to an
intellectual property right, and for other purposes; to the
Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee
on Agriculture, for a period to be subsequently determined by
the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee
concerned.

H.R. 10104. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 to prevent a double benefit with respect to second
generation biofuels under the clean fuel production credit
and the alcohol fuels credit and to extend the application of
alcohol fuels credit with respect to such biofuels; to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

H.R. 10105. A bill to amend title 38, United States Code,
to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to report
annually on compensation for police officers of the
Department of Veterans Affairs; to the Committee on Veterans'
Affairs.

H.R. 10106. A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs to enter into a contract or other agreement with a
third party to review appointees in the Veterans Health
Administration who had a license terminated for cause by a
State licensing board for care or services rendered at a non-
Veterans Health Administration facility and to provide
individuals treated by such an appointee with notice if it is
determined that an episode of care or services that they
received was below the standard of care, and for other
purposes; to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

H.R. 10107. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs to expedite the processing of claims for disability
compensation by veterans affected by major disasters; to the
Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

Schneider, and Mr. Trone):
H.R. 10108. A bill to require the Secretary of Defense to
develop, in cooperation with allies and partners in the
Middle East, an integrated space and satellite security
capability, and for other purposes; to the Committee on
Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on Armed
Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the
Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as
fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

Insurance Act to clarify that military retirement pay shall

the 320th Barrage Balloon Battalion, collectively, in
recognition of their extraordinary heroism and life-saving
actions during the D-Day invasion, and their significant
contributions to the success of the Allied forces during
World War II; to the Committee on Financial Services, and in
addition to the Committee on House Administration, for a
period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each
case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the
jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

H. Res. 1567. A resolution recognizing the service of all
District of Columbia veterans, condemning the denial of
voting representation in Congress and full local self-
government for veterans and their families who are District
of Columbia residents, and calling for statehood for the
District of Columbia through the enactment of the Washington,
D.C. Admission Act (H.R. 51 and S. 51), particularly in light
of the service of District of Columbia veterans in every
American war; to the Committee on Oversight and
Accountability, and in addition to the Committees on Rules,
Armed Services, the Judiciary, Energy and Commerce, and
Veterans' Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined
by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
