  SA 3299. Mr. SCHUMER (for Mr. Hagerty) proposed an amendment to the 
bill S. 91, to award a Congressional Gold Medal collectively to 60 
diplomats, in recognition of their bravery and heroism during the 
Holocaust; as follows:

       Amend the title to read as follows: ``To award a 
     Congressional Gold Medal collectively to 60 diplomats, in 
     recognition of their bravery and heroism during the 
     Holocaust.''.
