            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
cloture motion with respect to the Perry nomination be withdrawn; 
further, that the Senate vote on confirmation of the Perry nomination 
at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12.
