FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 AND SETTING FORTH THE APPROPRIATE BUDGETARY LEVELS 
         FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026 THROUGH 2034--MOTION TO PROCEED

  Mr. PAUL. Mr. President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 502, S. 
Con. Res. 41.

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 502, S. Con. Res. 41, a 
     bill setting forth the congressional budget for the United 
     States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting forth the 
     appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through 
     2034.
