KEEPING VIOLENT OFFENDERS OFF OUR STREETS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill
(H.R. 8205) to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of
1968 to provide that Byrne grant funds may be used for public safety
report systems, and for other purposes, offered by the gentleman from
California (Mr. Cardenas), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
