                 UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--H.R. 9614

  Mrs. MURRAY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that if the 
Senate receives H.R. 9614 from the House of Representatives, the text 
of which is identical to S. 4539, the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration; the bill be considered read a third time and passed; and 
the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
