  Mrs. LESKO. Mr. Speaker, on behalf of Arizona's 8th Congressional 
District, it is my honor to recognize Linda Busam of Peoria, Arizona.
  Linda is a dedicated public servant, serving as a West-MEC Governing 
Board Member and in various leadership positions throughout the 
community. She is also a strong advocate for conservative principles 
and works diligently to educate and train citizens on civic engagement.
  Her support for elected officials, candidates, and the Republican 
Party has been instrumental to their success. I am thankful for Linda's 
leadership and dedication to conservative principles. I sincerely 
appreciate her service to Congressional District 8 and the State of 
Arizona.
