Senate Chamber
On Tuesday, Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of
Mary Kathleen Costello, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District
Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and vote on the motion
to invoke cloture thereon at 11:30 a.m. If cloture is invoked on the
nomination, Senate will vote on confirmation thereon at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Republican
Leader.
At 2:15 p.m., Senate will resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to consideration of S. 4445, Right to IVF Act. At approximately
3:30 p.m., Senate expects to vote on the motion to proceed to
consideration of the bill, upon reconsideration.
