VOTE EXPLANATION
Mr. MARKEY. Madam President, I was necessarily absent, but had I been
present, I would have voted yea on rollcall vote No. 208, the
nomination of Charles J. Willoughby, Jr., to be an Associate Judge of
the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, I would have voted
yea on rollcall vote No. 209, the motion to invoke cloture on the
nomination of Anne Marie Wagner to be a Member of the Federal Labor
Relations Authority.
I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, I would have voted
yea on rollcall vote No. 210, on the nomination of Anne Marie Wagner to
be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
I was necessarily absent but, had I been present, I would have voted
yea on rollcall vote No. 211, the motion to invoke cloture on the
