              CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE DATA SHARING ACT

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 7032, which was received 
from the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 7032) to amend the Congressional Budget and 
     Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to provide the Congressional 
     Budget Office with necessary authorities to expedite the 
     sharing of data from executive branch agencies, and for other 
     purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
