receiving testimony from Michelle Stout, Analog Devices, Inc., 
Wilmington, Massachusetts; Tiffany Scurry, Advanced Micro Devices, 
Inc., and Jeff Rittener, Intel Corporation, both of Santa Clara, 
California; and Shannon Thompson, Texas Instruments Incorporated, 
Dallas, Texas.
