H.R. 9425. A bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and
Cosmetic Act to authorize tobacco user fee assessments for
all regulated tobacco products, and for other purposes; to
the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
By Mr. BOST:
H.R. 9426. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs to carry out a pilot program under which the
Secretary may fill vacant shifts at medical facilities of the
Department of Veterans Affairs with non-Department health
care providers; to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
By Mr. BOST:
H.R. 9427. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs to carry out a pilot program to provide grants to
outpatient mental health facilities for the provision of
culturally competent, evidence-based mental health care for
veterans, and for other purposes; to the Committee on
Veterans' Affairs.
By Mr. ARRINGTON:
H.R. 9428. A bill to increase the penalties for breach of a
military base; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

H.R. 9429. A bill to prohibit the implementation of a Land
Protection Plan for Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge; to the
Committee on Natural Resources.

H.R. 9430. A bill to amend title 54, United States Code, to
prohibit the acquisition of land, water, or an interest in
land or water from a private landowner using amounts made
available under the Land and Water Conservation Fund; to the
Committee on Natural Resources.

H.R. 9431. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 to exclude from gross income the discharge of
indebtedness of certain individuals who are unlawfully or

H.R. 9432. A bill to amend the United States
Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016 to modify the
requirements for the time capsule required by such Act, and
for other purposes; to the Committee on Oversight and
Accountability.

H.R. 9433. A bill to direct the Secretary of Defense to
conduct a threat analysis of any potential threats the
illicit fentanyl drug trade poses to the defense interests of
the United States; to the Committee on Armed Services.

H.R. 9434. A bill to direct the heads of certain agencies
to review and submit to Congress a report on public-private
partnerships for combating the illicit fentanyl trade, and
for other purposes; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

Fentanyl Disruption Steering Group, and for other purposes;
to the Committee on Armed Services, and in addition to the

to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case
for consideration of such provisions as fall within the

to reduce the maximum interest rates for Federal Direct

1950 and the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act
