                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 24, 2024

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, now, finally, I ask unanimous consent 
that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned 
until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24; that following the prayer and 
pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for 
their use later in the day, and morning business be closed; that 
following the conclusion of morning business, the Senate proceed to 
executive session to resume consideration of the Way nomination; 
further, that notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture vote on the Way 
nomination occur at 3:15 p.m. and the cloture votes on the Landy and 
Taylor nominations occur at 5 p.m. in the order in which cloture was 
filed; further, that the Senate recess from 11:45 a.m. until 3 p.m.; 
further, that if cloture is invoked on any of the nominations, the 
confirmation votes occur at times to be determined by the majority 
leader in consultation with the Republican leader.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. SCHUMER. Finally, as a reminder, tomorrow at 2 p.m., Binyamin 
Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, will address a joint meeting of 
Congress. Senators should gather in the Senate Chamber at 1:20 p.m., 
and we will proceed to the House Chamber at 1:30 p.m.
