The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the question is,
Will the Senate advise and consent to the Kiko nomination?

Senator from New Jersey (Mr. Menendez) are necessarily absent.
Mr. THUNE. The following Senators are necessarily absent: the Senator
