Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 766, submitted earlier
today.

A resolution (S. Res. 766) recognizing September 17, 2024,
as ``National Voter Registration Day''.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
Mr. WHITEHOUSE. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed
to and that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon
the table with no intervening action or debate.
