Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Senate proceed to the immediate consideration Calendar No. 246, H.R.
1105.

A bill (H.R. 1105) to amend the DNA Analysis Backlog
Elimination Act of 2000 to reauthorize the Debbie Smith DNA
Backlog Grant Program, and for other purposes.
