FINDING MERRICK GARLAND IN CONTEMPT OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR
DISOBEYING A CERTAIN SUBPOENA
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on adoption of the resolution (H. Res.
1344) finding that Merrick Garland, Attorney General of the United
States, is in contempt of the House of Representatives for disobeying a
certain subpoena, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
