COMMEMORATING THE PASSAGE OF 3 YEARS SINCE THE TRAGIC BUILDING COLLAPSE 
                 IN SURFSIDE, FLORIDA, ON JUNE 24, 2021

  Mr. LEE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on 
the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and the Senate 
now proceed to S. Res. 746.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 746) commemorating the passage of 3 
     years since the tragic building collapse in Surfside, 
     Florida, on June 24, 2021.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. LEE. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid and upon the table.
