DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2025
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1316 and rule
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,
H.R. 8752.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 8752) making appropriations for the Department of
Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and
for other purposes, with Mrs. Cammack (Acting Chair) in the chair.
