unfinished business is the vote on adoption of the resolution (H. Res.
1316) providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 8774) making
appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2025, and for other purposes; (H.R. 8771) making
appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and
related programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and for
other purposes; and (H.R. 8752) making appropriations for the
Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2025, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
