                  Unanimous Consent Agreement--S. 870

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
resume legislative session and the Chair execute the order of June 13, 
2024; further, I ask unanimous consent that the order be modified so 
that the time until 5:45 p.m. be for debate, equally divided, with all 
other provisions of the previous order remaining in effect.
