SUPPORTING THE DESIGNATION OF MAY 29, 2024, AS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS 
   IN AGRICULTURE DAY TO RAISE AWARENESS AROUND MENTAL HEALTH IN THE 
 AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY AND WORKFORCE AND TO CONTINUE TO REDUCE STIGMA 
                     ASSOCIATED WITH MENTAL ILLNESS

  Ms. SMITH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and that the 
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 710.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 710) supporting the designation of 
     May 29, 2024, as ``Mental Health Awareness in Agriculture 
     Day'' to raise awareness around mental health in the 
     agricultural industry and workforce and to continue to reduce 
     stigma associated with mental illness.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Ms. SMITH. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
