 PERMISSION FOR MEMBER TO BE CONSIDERED AS PRIMARY SPONSOR OF H.R. 4205

  Mr. BIGGS. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that I may hereafter 
be considered to be the primary sponsor of H.R. 4205, a bill originally 
introduced by Representative Santos of New York, for the purpose of 
adding cosponsors and requesting reprintings pursuant to clause 7 of 
rule XII.
