WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 2964) to require the Federal Trade Commission to
issue regulations requiring certain products to have ``Do Not Flush''
labeling, and for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and
nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Florida (Mr. Bilirakis) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.
This is a 5-minute vote.

the bill, as amended, was passed.

The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to require
certain products to be labeled with `Do Not Flush' labeling, and for
other purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

Ms. TITUS. Mr. Speaker, I was absent from the floor and the roll call
votes for the Motions to Suspend the Rules and Pass H.R. 6543 and H.R.
2964. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 248,
H.R. 6543, and YEA on Roll Call No. 249, H.R. 2964.
