           MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--S. 4445 AND H.R. 192

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I understand that there are two bills 
at the desk, and I ask for their first reading en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bills by title for the 
first time.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 4445) to protect and expand nationwide access to 
     fertility treatment, including in vitro fertilization.

       A bill (H.R. 192) to prohibit individuals who are not 
     citizens of the United States from voting in elections in the 
     District of Columbia and to repeal the Local Resident Voting 
     Rights Amendment Act of 2022.

  Mr. SCHUMER. I now ask for a second reading, and I object to my own 
request, all en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The objection is heard.
  The bills will be read for the second time on the next legislative 
day.
