ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE ACTING CHAIR
The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to clause 6 of rule XVIII, proceedings
will now resume on those amendments printed in part C of House Report
118-516 on which further proceedings were postponed, in the following
order:
Amendment No. 1 by Mr. Ogles of Tennessee.
Amendment No. 2 by Mr. Mooney of West Virginia.
Amendment No. 3 by Mr. Davidson of Ohio.

the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union, reported
that that Committee, having had under consideration the bill (H.R.
5403) to amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve
banks from offering certain products or services directly to an
individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for
monetary policy, and for other purposes, and, pursuant to House
Resolution 1243, he reported the bill back to the House with sundry
amendments adopted in the Committee of the Whole.
