                       Vote on Aframe Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Aframe nomination?
  Ms. CANTWELL. Madam President, I ask for the yeas and nays.

  There appears to be a sufficient second.

  Mr. DURBIN. I announce that the Senator from Minnesota (Ms. 
Klobuchar), the Senator from New Jersey (Mr. Menendez), the Senator 
from Montana (Mr. Tester), and the Senator from Georgia (Mr. Warnock) 
are necessarily absent.
  Mr. THUNE. The following Senators are necessarily absent: the Senator 
from Tennessee (Mr. Hagerty), the Senator from Missouri (Mr. Hawley), 
the Senator from Kansas (Mr. Marshall), the Senator from Kansas (Mr.
