                    ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, MAY 9, 2024

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 12 noon 
on Thursday, May 9; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for use later in the day, and 
morning business be closed; that upon conclusion of morning business, 
the Senate resume consideration of Calendar No. 211, H.R. 3935.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. SCHUMER. For the information of the Senate, Senators should 
expect a rollcall vote on cloture on the substitute amendment to the 
FAA bill at approximately 1 p.m.
