MINING REGULATORY CLARITY ACT OF 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill
(H.R. 2925) to amend the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 to
provide for security of tenure for use of mining claims for ancillary
activities, and for other purposes, offered by the gentlewoman from New
Mexico (Ms. Leger Fernandez), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
