UKRAINE SECURITY SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. LaHood). Pursuant to House Resolution
1160 and rule XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of
the Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration
of the bill, H.R. 8035.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 8035) making emergency supplemental appropriations to
respond to the situation in Ukraine and for related expenses for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes, with Mr.
Molinaro (Acting Chair) in the chair.

The Acting CHAIR. When the Committee of the Whole rose earlier today,
a request for a recorded vote on amendment No. 4 printed in part B of
House Report 118-466 offered by the gentlewoman from Florida (Mrs.
Cammack) had been postponed.
