  Ms. HIRONO. Madam President, I was absent for one rollcall vote April 
11, 2024. On April 11, had I been present, I would have voted yea on 
the motion to proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of 
Executive Calendar No. 478 Ramona Villagomez Manglona, of the Northern 
Mariana Islands to be Judge for the District Court for the Northern 
Mariana Islands for a term of ten years, rollcalll vote No. 123.
