  Ms. HASSAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate 
resolutions: S. Res. 634, S. Res. 635, and S. Res. 636.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
