                             SOLAR ECLIPSE

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, finally, I have these glasses today, 
which were given to me by the president of Fordham University--special 
Fordham eclipse glasses--so now I am going outside to my balcony to 
take a look at the eclipse, which is reaching its peak at about 87 
percent right now.
