  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I understand there are three joint 
resolutions at the desk due for a second reading en bloc.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will read the joint 
resolutions by title for the second time en bloc.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 67) to provide for related 
     procedures concerning the articles of impeachment against 
     Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security.
       A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 68) providing for the 
     issuance of a summons, providing for the appointment of a 
     committee to receive and to report evidence, and establishing 
     related procedures concerning the articles of impeachment 
     against Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas.
       A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 69) to provide for related 
     procedures concerning the articles of impeachment against 
     Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security.

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, in order to place the joint resolutions 
on the calendar under the provisions of rule XIV, I would object to 
further proceedings en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the joint 
resolutions will be placed on the calendar.
