MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--S.J. RES. 67, S.J. RES. 68, AND S.J. RES.

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I understand there are three joint 
resolutions at the desk, and I ask for their first reading en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the joint resolutions by 
title for the first time.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 67) to provide for related 
     procedures concerning the articles of impeachment against 
     Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security.
       A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 68) providing for the 
     issuance of a summons, providing for the appointment of a 
     committee to receive and to report evidence, and establishing 
     related procedures concerning the articles of impeachment 
     against Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas.
       A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 69) to provide for related 
     procedures concerning the articles of impeachment against 
     Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security.

  Mr. SCHUMER. I now ask for a second reading, and I object to my own 
request, all en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard.
  The joint resolutions will be read for the second time on the next 
legislative day.
