  SA 1791. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 1790 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the bill H.R. 2882, to reauthorize the 
Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Trust Fund, and for other 
purposes; as follows:

       On page 1, line 3, strike ``1 day'' and insert ``2 days''.
