  SA 1792. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 2882, to 
reauthorize the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Trust Fund, and 
for other purposes; as follows:

       At the end add the following:

     SEC. EFFECTIVE DATE.

       This Act shall take effect on the date that is 3 days after 
     the date of enactment of this Act.
