REPEALING OF GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION FUND
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill
(H.R. 1023) to repeal section 134 of the Clean Air Act, relating to the
greenhouse gas reduction fund, offered by the gentleman from California
(Mr. Peters), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
