OCEAN SHIPPING REFORM IMPLEMENTATION ACT OF 2023
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 1836) to amend title 46, United States Code, to
make technical corrections with respect to ocean shipping authorities,
and for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from South Dakota (Mr. Johnson) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill, as amended.

Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on rollcall No. 96,
