  SA 1672. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by

him to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division A, insert the 
     following:

     SEC. __. PROHIBITION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR OFFICE OF 
                   RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION 
                   OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS.

       None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available 
     by this Act may be obligated or expended by the Office of 
     Resolution Management, Diversity and Inclusion of the 
     Department of Veterans Affairs or for any diversity, equity, 
     and inclusion office, position, or activity at the 
     Department.
