  SA 1633. Mr. JOHNSON submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division F, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. __.  None of the funds made available by this division 
     may be used to provide Federal funds to a local jurisdiction 
     that refuses to comply with a request from the Department of 
     Homeland Security to provide advance notice of the scheduled 
     date and time a particular illegal alien is scheduled to be 
     released from local custody.
