EXPANDING ACCESS TO CAPITAL ACT OF 2023

1052 and rule XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of
the Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration
of the bill, H.R. 2799.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 2799) to make reforms to the capital markets of the
United States, and for other purposes, with Mr. Murphy (Acting Chair)
in the chair.
